VTCT qualification and accreditation
Qualification gained:
VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for Complementary Therapies (RQF) VTCT (AC30407).
Please note that this qualification is called a “Certificate”. As from 1st September 2012, the word diploma was removed from all Anatomy and Physiology and Pathology qualifications, to meet Government-approved Awarding Organisation requirements. A Level 3 Certificate is now the recognised qualification and the industry standard.
Course accreditation:
This course is a Level 3 (RQF) qualification by Vocational Training Charity Trust (VTCT).
Course Pre-requisites:
This course is available for complete beginners with no previous experience, basic computer skills are required to complete this course.
Manuals & Certification:
Training manuals will be downloadable to each learner via their online learning portal. These manuals will be available to download for 60 days once your course has started. It will be the learner’s responsibility to download and save the training manuals within this time. Manuals can be read on all devices. Certification for your course will be emailed to you once you have met the learning outcomes.
Learning Outcomes & Evidence of Achievement:
Learners will be required to show achievement of a range of relevant learning outcomes and assessment criteria, as set by the National Occupational Standard and Accrediting Body by: –

Final Assessment
Your VTCT final assessment is made up of two assessments. Each assessment has 90 multiple choice questions and you have two hours to complete each assessment (2 hours per assessment), and you must achieve a pass grade of 70% to pass. All aspects of our VTCT Level 3 Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology course is delivered online. There is no waiting for your result – you know immediately.
This VTCT qualification exam must be invigilated by an assessor and we are one of the few training schools who meet the requirements to allow you to complete your online assessment online in your own home and country. However, if you wish you can always come to our training venues in Brighton or in Hartbeespoort to complete the assessment. To be able to complete your final assessment online, you must have access to Zoom.
We are very fortunate to be able to be very flexible with regards to your final assessment date. Once you have met all the required learning outcomes, you will be asked to submit five dates which best work for you and we will do our best to facilities the dates for you, and if we can’t work around your dates, you will be asked to supply additional dates.

You can take your final assessment when you have met all the learning requirements. The final exam will be online in the comfort of your own home.
For the VTCT and ITEC exams, we are unique in the fact that we do not have set days. We always try and work the assessment date to fit in with your diary and workload. This makes your course totally unique to you.
Please note – For VTCT and ITEC exams. You must notify us of your chosen exam date at least five weeks before the exam date, which is a fully invigilation assessment.
For FHT final assessments, you can take your final assessment without waiting five weeks. This can be taken once you have met all the learning outcomes.
