Training manuals are made available through your online Learner Portal and can be downloaded during the period specified for your course.
It’s important that you download and securely save your course manual within the stated timeframe rather than relying on permanent access through the Learner Portal. We recommend saving a copy somewhere secure so that you can continue to refer back to it after completing your studies.
Once you’ve successfully completed all of the learning and assessment requirements for your particular course, certification will be issued in accordance with the arrangements for that qualification or accredited course.
Your certificate provides evidence of the course or qualification you’ve successfully completed, so we recommend keeping both digital and physical copies of your certification safely for future reference.
