There’s no magic shortcut to learning Anatomy and Physiology, and we don’t believe rushing through a qualification simply to finish it as quickly as possible is necessarily the best approach.
Online learning can certainly make studying more flexible because you aren’t restricted by fixed classroom dates. If you have more time available, you may be able to progress through your course more quickly.
However, Anatomy and Physiology isn’t simply about remembering enough information to pass an examination. If you’re progressing into massage, complementary therapies, beauty, aesthetics or another profession involving the human body, this knowledge can form an important foundation for your future training and professional practice.
Regular study usually works better than trying to learn large amounts of information in a short period.
Give yourself time to understand what you’re learning, revisit difficult subjects and test your knowledge as you progress. Finishing quickly is great if you’ve genuinely understood the material, but understanding should always come before speed.
